Perhaps, you can take a walk around your neighborhood or on your treadmill as both will serve the same purpose. Try to spend at least ten minutes or more doing this and it will help you by burning stored energy in your body which is
primarily fat. Make a point to exercise everyday if you can and carry through with it.
Another piece of advice is to avoid eating late night snacks. As a rule of thumb, you should not eat any snacks at lest three hours before you go to bed. This way, your body will not be storing fat and this will definitely help you in your weight loss battle.
If you are a coffee drinker, then you need to drink it black. Coffee drinks that are flavored with sugar and cream are loaded with extra calories and that is something that you do not need.
A single cup of black coffee has zero calories and that is much better for you.
You should also try to eat four or five small meals a day instead of the traditional three big meals. The human body needs steady fuel to burn fat and this is accomplished through your metabolism. If you are able to eat more small meals a day, this will help to keep your metabolism
high and will result in burning more calories.
The last thing that I want to talk about is being able to cut down on your carbohydrate intake. If you can do this, you will be amazed on how much weight you can lose and how fast you can lose it.
